Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and patients on our wait list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. While we do not charge a cancelation fee, we ask you to be courteous and provide notice if you cannot make your appointment.

Our massage therapists work by appointment. We require 24-hour notice for massage cancelations. Without 24-hour notice, we are often unable to fill that appointment time. You will be required to provide a credit card at the time of scheduling. If we do not receive the required notice, you will be charged a cancelation fee of $25.00. Scheduling an appointment is acceptance of our policy.

We require 24-hour notice for Spa service cancelations. When you book an appointment at The Spa, you will be required to provide a credit card and will be charged a 50% Deposit.  If we do not receive 24-hour notice, you will not be refunded your deposit.

Should you need to cancel any appointments at Williamston Sport and Spine, please provide 24-hour notice. Cancelations are accepted via telephone at 517-655-2468, email to, or via the chat on our homepage at We do not accept cancelations through social media. Appointments scheduled for Monday must be canceled 24-hours before via voicemail at 517-655-2468. We provide 24-hour text message reminders and allow you to alter your appointment via our scheduling software up to 24-hours before your appointment.
